ANGL values your business and strives to keep all transactions as smooth as possible. In-store and online policies are separate. For in-store return policies, please see your store receipt or speak with a cashier.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online purchases may NOT be returned or exchanged in ANGL stores. All online orders must be dealt strictly through Webstore Customer Service.
Our online return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
All returned merchandise (within 30 days) can be processed for a refund or online store credit. Due to limited sizing, we cannot exchange items. If an exchange is required, please re-purchase the correct sized item and return the previous order.
Return shipping must be paid on the customers expense. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for that same item.
Accessories, cosmetics, bodysuits, jewelry, leggings, and all Final Sale items may not be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
"Sale " items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or store credit. For any Final Sale items that must be returned, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to the given Online Store Credit.
For any order discrepancies please contact customer service within 48 hours upon receiving package.
When shipping back a return:
Customers will choose their own shipping carrier. Return shipping must be paid on the customers expense. Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
In the package being returned, please note the reason for the return along with how you would like us to process your order: Refund to Original Payment (handling & processing fee of $5.99 will be deducted) or Online Store Credit (full amount will be issued).
For any refund, please allow 3-5 business days for credit to show on your account.
Please note, before any refund takes place, all orders will go through a quality inspection by our Web Team. All garments must meet these requirements for a full refund to take place: The garment must be in original condition, not worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway (including scent of garment). If the garment does not meet all of these requirements, the item(s) will be shipped back to the shipping address on the order.
