ANGL values your patronage and strives to keep all transactions as smooth as possible. In-store and online policies are separate. For in-store return policies, please see your store receipt or speak with a cashier.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online purchases may NOT be exchanged in ANGL stores. Online purchases must be dealt strictly through the Webstore Customer Service.
Online purchases are valid for a refund within 30 days of the received date. All ANGL merchandise is only refundable and is not eligible for exchanges. If an exchange is required, please re-purchase the correct sized item and return the previous order. Return shipping must be paid at the customers expense.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours upon receiving package. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for that same item.
All Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
For all final sale items or items past our 30 day return policy- returns, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be issued.
Cosmetics, bodysuits, jewelry, accessories, and final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
For any order discrepancies please contact customer service within 48 hours upon receiving package.
When shipping back a return:
Customers will choose their own shipping carrier. Upon arrival at the Webstore, a refund will be issued for the order. For any refund, please allow 3-5 business days for credit to show on your account.
Please note, before any refund takes place, all orders will go through a quality inspection by our Web Team. All garments must meet these requirements for a full refund to take place: The garment must be in original condition, not worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway (including scent of garment). If the garment does not meet all of these requirements, the item(s) will be shipped back to the shipping address on the order.
